Upon receipt of a valid and complete Takedown Notice, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, which may include the prompt removal of the challenged content and termination of access for repeat infringers.

3. Counter-Notification (Restoring Content)
If you are a user of wordywoo.com and believe that the material you posted was removed or access was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent.
Your Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:
- Physical or electronic signature of the user.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- The user’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if the user’s address is outside of the U.S., consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where wordywoo.com is located).
- A statement that the user will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.
4. Policy for Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the account or access of any user who is a repeat infringer of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
